Procal file to disable auto start stop?

Was tinkering on bronco this morning and was wondering…..

I have a ‘23 with an early version of procal; with rev matching and auto start stop.
Can any of you forscan wizards figure out how this is enabled and share the line changes so other can avoid buying an adapter?
