Not tonight Jack the thread but what is the groups consensus on Morimoto lighting? I’ve been weighing Morimoto vs BD for my fog lights and ditch lights. I’ve got a blank canvas as I’ve just bought my Bronco last month. All advice or opinions would be appreciated! Thank you.
I have Morimotos and love them.

From their quality lights to their customer service, Baja designs is top of the line.

I’ll probably never buy Morimoto lights again after all the issues with their Bronco headlights (that are still having problems), not to mention their customer service is awful.

I was unaware of these problems I appreciate the insight. I’m starting from scratch so all opinions are welcome.

Went with DD SAE fog and driving pods, BD combo ditch lights, KC Daylighter spots up high and cheaper floods in the rear bumper…

All these brands throw out crazy amounts of light. Is there really any need to have something mounted on roof, a-pillars, bumper, and fogs? I worrying about whistling of lights mounted on roof (though they look cool). But honestly a good bumper light and some floods in the fog position should be more than enough light. (I drive 2 miles off-road trail back to my cabin and before that some windy mountain roads). Are lights in all 4 positions just overkill?

@Baja Designs all day (night?) long. Great quality and customer service!

I am also a big fan of Rigid Industries - they make good quality products as well.

The lights look great! I did notice that you're using our older Gen SAE model. We're still offering free internal upgrades for all previous SAE lights. If you're interested, you'll find all the details below, or feel free to reach out to me via email. The current wait time is 2-3 weeks.

Odd, their headlight replacement LED bulbs have been pretty decent for me, I've been running the 2Stroke 2-,3-, and 4.0s for years. Nice warmer color temp than most. My Polaris 800EFI Sportsman has been running the 2.0s for years now and that voltage is finicky asf.

Been interested to try the HXB pods to see how they stack up against my BD S1s and DD S1 Pros. The form factor and less modularity of lens, bezels and covers have them at a slight disadvantage.

Speaking of @Baja Designs modularity, how is there not an S2 clear cover in existence? All the other lights have them available.

Every time I’ve had an issue and had to contact Baja Designs they have always been stellar! Support is great but the lights are even greater. I’m working on my tenth set between all my vehicles now. Just this morning it was a quick five minute call and I have some replacement bezels enroute to me.

We're here to help, no matter what! As off-road enthusiasts ourselves, we give the same attention to detail that we'd want when buying parts for our own race cars (aka my 99 4Runner that leaks oil).
