If one has had the performance tune and returned to stock prior to going to a dealer would it still flag that the system had been modified? I didn’t want to pay the dealer the $300+ to do this but now am concerned it will effect my powertrain warranty and extended warranty.

I had a similar device in the last Jeep I had bought. I removed the SIM card, slapped it in an old cell phone and proceeded to stream music 24/7 with it. After about a month they finally figured it out and disabled the SIM card.

This is something I can go for unlike the spate of ducks, horses and other junk people are “inventing” lately. Note saw on floor for when things go truly off the chain from said beverages.

Every time I’ve had an issue and had to contact Baja Designs they have always been stellar! Support is great but the lights are even greater. I’m working on my tenth set between all my vehicles now. Just this morning it was a quick five minute call and I have some replacement bezels enroute to me.

How’s the noise with these? I currently have the BD S8 with a home brew wind/noise deflector but even with that it seems to cause wind issues along my hard top seams. Looking for sorting a bit quieter

I took the plate holder off the trim piece and plugged the holes with black plastic “Christmas tree” fasteners. No one even looks twice at it even though they’re black and it’s a Code Orange. Worst case I use touch up paint to cover the fasteners prior
