And you might just have a little problem with the driveline locking up or breaking in 4WD.

What tires you running? Those are load D or E ??
That's a problem with that tire size, they are all HEAVY tires

They are KO2 load range E. Makes them about 10lb heavier than the Goodyear Territory 315s Load range C. That’s the trade-off I accepted for the size.

I found some cheap sasquatch take offs. The tires were on their last leg but I wanted the wheels. My original plane was to do 33s, but i liked the look of the 315/70. It also felt much more planted than the stock BD 32s. I found about 1mpg difference in everyday driving. But it seemed to even out overall. I will say the short gearing in 1st is annoying, but thats the same for every Ford manual I've had. 6th is also useless unless above 75-downhill. But 35s look much better IMO.

Have a 2Dr 7MT non-SAS Badlands. Personally, I don’t see a huge difference in looks between the 33” and SAS 35”. I went with 4.7 7MT 33” because it’s better at everything, other than some types of wheeling. Significantly less unsprung weight; with all that goes along with that. Handling, CG, accel, decel, ride quality. My wheeling will only occasionally have significant rock crawling, and my shorter wheelbase puts me about even with a Moar door with sas, by my estimation… ymmv

paid $52k otd with some freebies, which I’m happy with on a custom order. OEM tires, ordered this top to avoid MIC issues

This tells me you are team "logic". In that case go with 33s.
Team "looks" would have said "33s in front and 35s in back...rubber rake like a rat rod?...

.

Technicals get worked out after aesthetics. Ask Dodge.
