I have a set of cables in the back now, but I was thinking a jump pack might be helpful when solo, as well as camping for some Extra power if needed.
what’s good?

IMO lithium batteries are at their most dangerous when charging, not once charged. I leave my Noco pack in my bronco all year round (I charge it once a year) and I'm not worried one bit.I'm always afraid of leaving a fully charged lithium battery in my truck, especially in the summer.
That said, I know a lot of people do it and haven't had any issues. My son has had a Anker Roav for 3ish years now, and I haven't found anything it wouldn't jump off - including our diesel tractor.
