Do I HAVE to remove the bumper to install this? I have the performance winch and don’t want to deal with removing the winch and bumper.

Go buy/rent an engine cherry picker and ratchet strap your bunper to it before you remove it to save your back.
It's all about the blade! Buy the really good blades... total game changer. I've used a Sawzall since I was "Only a Lad," and just discovered how much easier it is with the blades that are triple the price, haha.
I’d just be bending them every time I was distracted by a butterfy while trying to keep the blade from making contact with stuff not inclined to move.
You just need more practice handling your blade, Daniel-son.
I would recommend removing the bumper too, but I'd also love to have it up on a two-post lift like in the video.

Just be prepared for a forearm and shoulder workout for leverage, having a couple of blades go banana shaped on you, and having an extra joint somewhere in the middle of your forearm would have been handy.
A lot of it depends on your level of "want to".
It's either more work to saw or more work to remove the bumper.
With mine I would have had to remove the winch, winch mount, and bumper. After installing it all alone the first time, I didn't want that smoke again.
So I chose violence that day and made it work.
In retrospect I should have removed the bumper and installed the LOD frame reinforcement at the same time.
For those that installed the kit, how much shorter are the metal brackets for the rear side of the fender liner compared to the OEM plastic piece? Trying to figure out how much clearance is gained.
Also, does anyone have a part number off of that plastic piece they removed ?
