First new car I owned was a '78 Econoline, factory ordered. Had several others over the years. I am not brand loyal, but am American car loyal, Stellanis is no longer an option...

First Ford I've owned:

'84 GMC S-15 (m/t)
'97 Toyota Celica ST coupe (commute car)
2013 Hyundai Sonata sedan (commute car, now a college car)
2022 Bronco Big Bend (m/t)

BTW - I learned to drive in my Dad's GMC Sierra 3/4 ton fwd pickup (manual transmission). It feels good to be back in a truck again after all these years.

And I must say: Ford quality isn't the best. When the weather gets cold I can hear gravel in the transmission - but there's another thread about that.

My first car was a Mercury. Later I had a ‘99 Ranger (wife totaled), a ‘00 Ranger, an ‘02 Explorer, and a ‘05 Sporttrac. That was back when the missus worked at FMCC.

This is my first Ford, and I also did not test drive it before ordering it.

But I used to have a '71 Mercury Cougar XR7, so that was a fancy Ford.

No, but a Bronco ('67 bought in '83) was my first Ford as well as my first vehicle. This Bronco is my 6th Ford (4 Broncos, Escort GT, and a Mustang GT).

Second car I ever owned was a Ford. A 2-door, manual Ford Tempo! Then I moved on to a 2-door, manual Ranger with the 4.0L engine. So much fun! Embarrassed a couple Mustang owners with it. 😁 Then I had a couple F150s before jumping ship to Toyota Tundras.

Now I’m back to Ford with the Bronco.

My first Ford was when I turned 18 in 1969, it was a Yellow, 1969 Mach 1 Mustang.
And yes, I still miss it.
I sold it to buy a 1965, Chevrolet, Nassau blue, 327/375, fuel injected Corvette Coupe.
And yes, I still miss it.

Nope.

I've owned 3 Ford Rangers - '84, '02, '03
5 Ford Mustangs - '65, '97, '06, '08, '16

I'm a complete Ford geek, and I love the Bronco as much as all my other Fords.

I've worked for Ford dealerships for 24 years sooooo........... But my daily now is a 2024 Chevy Trailboss...we have a Chevy store too, Bronco has become my weekend toy. I don't overpay for anything lol. But before I worked for Ford I still drove mostly Fords but it was hard to beat the early/mid 90's square body Chevy's IMO for trucks.
