I can't even wrap my head around how this could happen.
Of course, the Jeep would want to be the middle of the metal-centipede.

@G1D1UP I can assure you that this is not AI. We captured this off our Television while watching CBS news, July 14, 2026. You can even see our sound bar near the base of the Television. This was a real world event.

Here is the link to that broadcast segment:

Broadcast Details
  • Segment Title: More than 20 inches of rain forecasted for parts of Texas
  • Air Date: July 14, 2026
  • Show: CBS Evening News with Tony Dokoupil
  • Coverage: Reporting on flash flood emergencies, severe downpours, and river swells across Central and South Texas, featuring reporting from Jason Allen on the ground and forecast tracking by meteorologist Rob Marciano.

@not on the rug could probably provide some insight into the intricacies of how these things work.

"This is a real world event", says "man on the internet". AI would NEVER, I mean never, I mean... 🤔

No visible damage to any of the three. Not even any hood collapse on the rear bronco where the jeep tire is or the jeep's roof there the front bronco's rear end is sitting on it. No way you get under another vehicle without severe damage to your front end.

All three vehicles are showroom spotless.

Fake, fake, fake. Not even a good fake.

It's probably file footage from the massive flooding event last summer. I don't know where they're talking about, but Central Texas gets storms that drop 20" of rain every few years as it is. Mineral Wells I think has had the record several times.

If you watch the CBS report about halfway through they switch to b-roll from the 2025 Texas floods.

Fake, fake, fake. Not even a good fake.
Here's a video that shows that same Bronco/Jeep sandwich (and the Defender behind them) at Camp Mystic last year, just from another angle:
