Got my Raptor back after eTop install. Color is definitely lighter than other pics I’ve seen- more of a light sand color. I think it works much better with the Hot Pepper Red than it may with lighter colors. Great install and good fit. Drove home thru a rainstorm- bone dry on the inside.

Got my Raptor back with the eTop today. So far it all looks pretty good quality. Up and down a few time and drove thru a small monsoon on the ride home. No leaks!

Ugh- I assume that is the "Champagne" color? That is what I ordered and have being installed Monday. It is definitely lighter than advertised. I don't think it looks bad on your Bronco at all and definitely is different than the common black.

That's alarming. Of course Bestop acquired the Mytop brand and design and did say they reworked this. Are the gears/motors not availabe from Bestop to replace them? How challenging is the top to up/down manually? two person job?

One other note- I saw a recent video where an owner showed how to pull the mechanism covers and pull the motor off the mechanism to get the top back on manually in case of a failure and bad weather. Anyone done this?

My top showed up at the installer today... pretty quick considering I ordered it August 15th (at the Bronco Stampede in TN). I ordered the Champagne color, I think it will accent the Hot Pepper red- just hope it isn't hard to keep clean. Install Monday the 31st. The people in the Bestop booth...

Living in this region for ~25 years and wheeling on many trails in that time- most will leave you with some good pinstripes- in any vehicle. Especially around the Rhodedendrons which overgrow every trail in the region. I have only had my SXS on the Spearhead system and can't speak specifically...

Are you all good now, did they get new motors or pinions? I ordered one over the weekend and I am waiting on confirmation of shipping. Bestop called Monday to confirm ship to address and they said it would ship out this week. I hope my installed doesn't have the same problems...

Another Diabolical Slipstream here- Looks good, strong and functional. It is not weather resistant, nevermind waterproof. It also does not work with the Bestop E-top if you are considering that route. The only downside is quick laydown is not quick. I have to throw my golf clubs in the back...

Not sure why there would be differences on the year models yet, but I know the 38x13.5 tire on the beadlock capable wheel is likely to rub on the upper control arms. I have seen this on two different Raptors and I put wheel spacers on mine for this reason.

They have them on their website. It looks fairly straightforward mechanically as most of it comes in one assembly. You have to disassemble the interior and cut the center console to put the wiring in. As seen in a few threads, there are some 'adjustments' that may be required for proper fit...
