To the OP, just rewatched a bunch of the videos on Bilstien 8112's and good news found them cheap.

Dang. Almost half off of MSRP (or at least what I seem to remember it being when they first came out. Not sure what it is now)

The best way to improve the ride, handling, and refinement of the Bronco is to get a Samurai and drive it when you start to think the Bronco isn’t good enough.
Jason
I love Samurai and Brats.....that would shame Broncos .....used to drive up sides of huge gravel pit mounds in my Brat that weighed maybe 1800 lb with AC and bed seats.

Man my Base is anything but floaty, and I came from small Mazda and Toyota hatchbacks. I've always been impressed how firm and well connected the Bronco feels on the highway.

My current thinking is to go with a set of Icon coilovers and maybe ad a rear sway bar. Sounds like hey have a reputation for improving handling while still being good offroad. Any experience here with Icon?

The HOSS 3.0 includes only rear sway bar, 24 wildtrak has a rear sway bar
Maybe I misunderstood what you intended to convey, but Hoss 3.0 has more than just the rear sway bar. It includes the Fox shocks as others have pointed out. Also, and I could be wrong on this, but the upgraded steering rack and tie rods was also part of the package. Unless it was just a feature, outside of HOSS 3.0 for the WildTrak.

My biggest complaint about the '19 Rubi I had before the bronco is that it was all over the road. My Squatch is always yelling at me for more steering input when the cruise is on because it tracks so straight. The Bronco also has way better turning ratio, so it feels like the devils lettuce may be in play here.
Same with my WildTrak, it is always reminding me to keep my hands on the wheel (which they are), because it requires no steering input when on a straight road. I too am impressed at how well the thing track for a brick shaped body on frame vehicle riding on 35s.

When you think about handling, you think about your other car or previous car. A brick going 80 on high way with 35" tires is not about handling...

My other care is volvo with pirellis. It is a small EV weighing 4500# so rediculously good alignment and traction. Comparing this to a "Bronco is basically you can get there from here."

I mean yo can get softer tire but Wrangler MTs are soft and quiet specially made for vehicle. You could soften suspension which makes no sense longer term, or you could slow down and use it as intended on weekends for trails....

Tire will help though- two goldilocks tire come out in Spring almost custom for sasquatch. BFG will win on engineering, new ventless mold IF THEY FIX OUT OF ROUND ISSUES.

  • Wait for the Nitto G3 (C-Ply) if you love the way your Bronco looks right now but want it to last longer and ride quieter.
  • Wait for the BFG KO3 (11.50 C-Ply) if you want your Bronco to handle better, feel lighter on its feet, and be unstoppable in the winter.

Are you guys talking about steering feel /wandering, or vertical “float” over bumps, etc?

Floaty is how I would describe my late grandpas old Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, but never my Bronco w/ Sasquatch. I dropped from 39 to 36psi to ease up on the ride stiffness a bit.
I’ve done the same. For winter too.

Since OP hass Hoss already Id buy some take off tor used touring ar mild AT street tires and see how that affect handling before blowing wads of cash to compensate of off-road tires at higher speeds.

I only say this because my OBX on Michelin ATX or Blizzak DMV2 and Hoss2 is very good and that's before sway bar.

Glad I didn't blow the money on the fox2.5

I’m a new badlands Sasquatch owner, and trying to get used to how floaty this thing feels on the highway. Any advice on tightening up the performance? Thanks!
Load it up with a RTT and a few hundred pounds of overland gear and a 13k winch then take it for a drive around town. 😏
Stock, they're not bad for a rig on 35's.
You can push it around, but why would ya?
