that's exactly what it was

just ignore then ?, no need to go to the "stealership" ?

thank you (y)
Others might tell you to take to dealer, I've seen pre-collision warning pop up when nearest vehicle is 100+ feet away. Happens couple times a year to me, I just ignore it 🤷‍♂️

Yes. It will pop up any time it thinks you're about to get into a collision.
I wonder how many people from bronco facebook group are discovering this feature after I uploaded a video of our adaptive cruise working down to zero mph and telling them you just gotta turn it on without any further context regarding forscan…🤔

I remember testing that out at first, it was a little sketchy trying to see if it was actually going to stop on its own or not lol

Ohhhhhhhh yes. I still hover over the brake pedal and set the distance at the maximum.

I turned this feature off as it kept going off every time I came up behind someone as I prepared to pass them. I found it annoying rather than helpful.

I turned mine off a couple years back when it started blinking and beeping at me while going around a curve. It apparently thought I was going to hit the people in the oncoming traffic lane.

I got that last week, apparently a car was sticking out too far from a side street into the lane of traffic.

Check your settings, you can adjust the sensitivity of "Pre Collision Assist" through setting on in-dash screen. If I recall you can turn it to "off" but in reality it is never really off as I understand it, Big Brother being Big Brother and all

I saw that red screen pop up a few times. I thought it said READ YOUR MANUAL but could be mistaken.
