1). PCM=U0415
2). ABS 3001
3). ABS=U0403
4). ABS=C003A
5). PSCM=U0415
6). AWD=160A
7). AWD=U0415
8). IPMA=B120C
9). IMPA=U0418

a). using the ForScan looking at the live data for the abs speed sensors. the right rear speed sensor was showing 255k/m per hour when sitting still. i first swapped the left & right rear ABS speed sensors with each other. the issue was still with in the right rear speed sensor circuit.
b). i disconnected the wire harness connector closest to the right rear speed sensor. which appears to be #C426 the 2 wire colors are brown and white with a orange trace.
c). i disconnected the chassis side wire harness connector above and forward of the left rear wheel on the upper crossed brace. #C405.
d). ohm tested the 2 wires.
d1). the brown wire had prefect continuity.
d2). the white wire with the orange trace kept changing between mega ohms & open readings. so i started to wiggly that wire until the readings went to full open to full contact. the 2 wires closest to the speed sensor connector, about 6" from the connector is where i found a green corrosion when i unraveled the black electrical tape. i cut and spliced the white wire with the orange trace.
e). using the ForScan, i performed a clear & reset procedure.

BEEN HAVING A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING THE RIGHT TIRE SIZE IN AND SPEEDO TO WORK WITH THE BFG KO2
a). i set the tire size to 2710mm in the body control module.
b). MY BFG ko2 a/t tire measured 113 3/16"= 113.188"=36.03"= 2874mm=560 revs per mile. @ 20psi off the ground. using this size of 2875mm is more than 5mph off in comparison of 3 different GPS devices i was using.
c). going off of the speedometer, my phone app GPS, my Garmin Nuvi GPS and my "elite box" GPS. 2710mm setting appears to be the most accurate setting for the speedometer. even up to 80mph.
d). 2710mm=106.6929" which equally 593.8539 revs per miles. (make sure you do the PCM force relearn and the AWD for relearn for the AWD 160a code)
e). looking in the ProCal device, under the tire sizes and gear ratio. it shows. 593 revs with 470 gears. which it has.
f). took the bronco on a 35 mile test drive (work to home. home to work). no dash warning lights and all 4 speedometer readings appear to be sync perfectly.

the wire repair took care of all of the dash warning lights and setting the tire circumference to 2710mm and doing the force relearn to the PCM & AWD took care of the p160a issue.

f). took the bronco on a 35 mile test drive (work to home. home to work). no dash warning lights and all 4 speedometer readings appear to be sync perfectly).

Thanks for sharing! I'm having the same problem so I'm going to check if that wire could be the culprit for me as well.

Could you elaborate on where you disconnected the wire to test continuity? Obviously one end is at the sensor, but where did you located the other end to connect to?
