I pay little attention but my 2dr 2.7 Sasquatch big bend was getting in the 18s when stock…after lift and 37s it is now getting in the 14s…all on the computer (who knows accuracy)…and of course the driver makes the biggest difference (so the wife tells me)…

I have a 4 door 2.7 badlands non-Sas. Leveled (+1 front, -.5 rear) with the stock 33s and the tracked lifetime average is 18.0. The computer shows the lifetime average at 19.1. This is over 49k miles. Mix of city and highway. Best tank was 22.2, on I10 with a tail wind at 70. My wife consistently gets right at 18, I typically get 20, but am a more gentle driver. Off roading I typically get ~11. The biggest driver of milage is being reasonable on accel, and then lifting early when coming to a stop. For reference in my Xterra, the brake pads lasted 85k miles. The bronco's brake pads still look new.

Its not great gas milage, but it is reasonable if you drive it knowing its shaped like a fridge.

Just finished a two way trip from San Jose to LA on I5. First trip with my 2026 Badlands 4-dr 2.3L manual. Travel speeds varied from near stop (due to heavy traffic) to about 85mph for extended periods. Key notes: a) finally have over 1000miles on it, b) combined mpg going down was 18.5mpg and coming back 17.5mpg (due to high wind), c) brakes work well as a sudden unexpected complete stoppage of traffic proved (no one got rear ended), and d) loved having ACC (adaptive cruise control), it was great on the freeway - I just locked onto a fast car ahead of me and it took care of throttle and braking (I did have to slam on the brakes a few times when traffic came to a near stop in the middle of nowhere). If I drove around 70-75mph, I was able to get 22mpg but that didn't last long.

as long as i stay between 69-72 mph and the occasional passing with speeds up to 80 mph, i average over 20 mpg but less than 21 mpg..over a 500 plus mile journey...2.7L- V6, Twin Turbos, 4 Dr 2025 BadSquatch..riding on 35's..
