I know this is a really long thread and I've tried to search for this answer without luck. I followed all the instructions and hooked up my fog lights in my factory modular bumper to the wiring harness, replaced the factory light switch and reprogrammed via Forscan to get the fog lights to work and act as cornering lights. It all works, EXCEPT there is no indicator light on my dashboard when the fog lights are turned on. They go on, they work as cornering lights when off and even the backlight function works from my Aux switches, but nothing indicates that they are on. Based on pictures posted by others there should be a green indicator light on the dashboard, but it doesn't ever go on. Any ideas???

one of the forscan changes is to enable the dash indicator light to illuminate. double check you've made the several changes in forscan required.

Went back and looked and there is a Front Fog Lights setting in the IPC module too. Summaries I looked at only had you changing BdyCM module, but the IPC setting enabled the dash light. Thanks.

Sure would be nice if a step by step guide was made with part numbers and steps....

So I ordered Oracle fogs. From what I've gathered, if I have the mod bumper and Lux package, I should be able to swap the switch, connect the fogs to the factory harness and use forscan to turn on the modules. Sound right? Are there any more specific instructions for this on any of these pages?

Yes, there are a lot of instructions in this thread but the basics are:
1. Connect lights to factory harness found behind tow hook covers.
2. Replace factory switch with one that has same options as yours + fog lights. For my Wildtrak Lux it was M2DZ11654DC. There are a lot of choices. I think there is a chart previously in this thread.
3. Use Forscan to activate the switch and lights. Most settings are in BdyCM, but there is one in IPC. You have choices to make such as do you want them on with high beams (Bambi mode), do you want cornering lights (One side comes on when turning). These are all in the thread previously but I found if I used ‘easy mode’ and search for settings with ‘fog’ I could find them in both BdyCM and IPC.

Thank you. Looks like these are the pigtails I'll need to wire them up?

Yes the MX150 is for a factory modular bumper, it’s a different connector if you had a different bumper originally. I had DT 4-pin because I had Diode Dynamic lights with a backlight function wired to an Aux switch.
Ok, ordered.

So I noticed this on the Forscan main page:

Ford, Lincoln, Mercury models of 1996 - 2023MY (some models of 1994-1995MY are also supported). Attention: Some 2023MY Ford models may not be indentified (we work on it). FORScan may support limited set of functions and configuration parameters for brand new 2021-2023MY models (we work on it). 2024MY Ford and Lincoln models are not supported!

I'm assuming at this point others have had no issues using Forscan on a '24?

Finally completed the foglights yesterday, everything installed perfectly. Lights were a breeze to install with the MX150 pigtails. Took a little finagling to get the factory harnesses unclipped as others have mentioned. Only tricky part was using Forscan which I had never used before, but once the changes were written, fog lights fired right up with the push of the button on the new headlight switch.

Sorry if this was covered. How do you physically remove the switch from the dash. Sorry again, just looking for suggestions so not to do any damage. Thanks!

Remove the lower steering column panel by pulling on it/releasing all the clips. Then the switch is held into that with a few clips on the back side.
