it seemed bronco oriented when I did it, but they are part sluts, like they try to out sell every everyone, but theres a couple mirrors in there for like 150(ish) and it's just the glass part you need not the whole thing.

Mine was hit while parallel parked, destroyed the glass and the back of the housing. You dont need to replace the whole thing if they just stole your glass. I swapped in the suma performance glass and oracle ditch light backs and was good as new.

The same thing happened to us. In their attempt to steal the mirror, they trashed the mirror housing. I was able to find the entire mirror housing on eBay for about $200 plus free shipping.

My driver's side mirror was stolen. I hate Los Angeles so much. Anyways, has anyone ever had this problem? I was just quoted 1200 to repalce the whole thing. Seems expensive.

Years ago the driver side mirror on my F150 Lariat was hit by a semi. During my search to find a replacement I became aware the glass section of the mirror simply could be popped out with a flat blade screw driver. The local Ford dealer wanted $550 just for the glass. I went on EBay and bought an entire side mirror assembly for half that. Since I realized the mirror glass was e pensive and easy to pop out of the mirror housing I thought about padding my retirement income by driving through mall parking lots and popping out mirror glass then selling them. Lol . I would see what is available on EBay to replace the entire assembly.

@Mett22 I have a set of blue tinted wolfbox mirrors that were recalled due to bliss possibly not working. New never used, I wanted no tint but they sent the wrong ones. Free other than shipping DM me if you want them.
