10 day old '24 OBX here. I noticed the driver side seat back where your right elbow would contact has MUCH more rearward flex than the opposite side. ONLY right side of the seat. the left side of the drivers seat is stiff as it should be. Compared to the passenger side too which is very stiff. Could it be some internal strap?

The dealer I purchased from is an hour away. Can I simply go to the nearest dealer (5.7miles) away to have them look at it?

My driver seat frame was bent from the factory. Like, it fell off the assembly line and was run over by something. My dealer had never seen anything like it before. Bring er in!

Congrats on the new ride. You’ll love it!!! If the dealer that’s 5.7 miles away is going to be your Ford service department for your Bronco, then yes, take it to them and introduce yourself that you live down the road and you’ll be using them as your servicing dealer from here on out. No different than when people move to new city. Maybe throw him(your future service rep)a gift card for Starbucks or pizza joint nearby. They’ll treat you no different than a person who purchased vehicle from them.

Hello Ford,

I have the same issue with my 23 Badlands only it's the front passenger seat. It always felt like it leaned and was different experience than sitting in the drivers seat. My wife who's the only person that has sat in the passenger side seat keeps complaining that it's getting worse with use (moving the seat forward and backwards up and down etc...) There is no gap between the front passenger seat and the center console, it's pressing up against it. the drivers side has about a 1/4 inch gap, something is not right, what can I do?

Kind regards,

Could it be that the recline latch is on 'click' out of phase side to side? Anyway take it in.

I bought a used 86 Bronco II that was like this, just got used to it. I just thought up that out of phase thing...I wonder if that was the problem with the BII?

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? I can look into things on my end.
