Hello,
2025 Bronco 2door base. The driver seat started to make a slight clicking sound when I shift my butt on the seat or when my weight shifts on the seat like going around tight turns. Not too loud right now but noticeable if radio off. Didn't notice it when new and now has about 3200 miles.

Anyone else notice this problem with their driver seat??
Thanks!

2024 Badlands 4-door with marine grade vinyl. One day I heard a slight rattle as the vehicle coasted over bumps. I parked in the driveway and shifted my weight back and forth to rock the Bronco to try to reproduce it. I heard the rattling sound but I realized it was coming from the seat, when my weight shifts. Not loud enough to notice it at speed on the road though.

I didn't really try to troubleshoot it beyond that, because it seemed like the seat material itself was noisy. Maybe not the case with the cloth seats though. Could be a different thing than what you're experiencing. Try adjusting the seat to various extreme positions and see if that affects it. I'm guessing it doesn't do it on the passenger side?

I have the clicking sound in the passenger seat when unoccupied. has been that way since day 1. I've traced it to the front left mount. need to remove the seat to investigate further. havent done that yet

Check and make sure the mounting bolts underneath are tight. I had something similar, just tightened those up and that fixed it up.

It could be something internal to the seat, but the bolts are easy to get at and check

24 big bend marine vinyl (base) seats with 28k miles. About 18k miles I noticed an occasional click, though I would describe it more as a fast/short duration creaking sound. Over the last 10 K miles I have noticed it has become a little more consistent. Thing is when I shift my weight I-can’t reproduce it consistently, but I’m still convinced it is coming from the driver seat.

So far it has not rise to the level where I have been motivated to troubleshoot it. I’ll check the bolts today per Brians suggestion…

Thanks for all the replies! Yes, I actually loosened all 4 seat bolts and then re-torqued to specs. Unfortunately clicking noise is still there. Looked underneath the seat bottom and couldn't see anything obvious. Tried putting seat into different positions but the sound remains.

I have a Bronco Sport 2025 with the faint click issue on drivers side. I really have no idea what it could be, i would think is rail or seat mechanism related. did anyone find a solution?

Just had this issue pop up, from what I have diagnosed it is related to the seat height bolts, and the seat height recall. The clicking is driving me insane. Will check to see if any bolts are loose. Hopefully I don't have to wait for the recall..... Only on the passenger seat so far.

Good information. Let us know what you find. My clicking is on the driver seat and seems to get worse the farther back I recline the seat. Not sure what that means though.
