I use this thing for a lot, and while I've never used it for the door, it's the thing I would reach for. Great for bumpers, transmissions, axles and FDUs, skid plates, etc etc.

You'd probably want to make a cradle for the door to set on the table top, but a couple of 2x4 wood scraps and a ratchet strap or bungee would do that well enough I think - just enough to keep it from being too tippy while you get it in place.

Being tall helps. I'm 6'4 so my arms wrap around the door pretty easy.

Dry wall carrier. Home depot help greatly with jeep doors. I assume ir would work with bronco.

I'm standing on the inside but I'm vertically challenged (5'2") and just don't have the strength. I love the bags for holding it and essentially protecting it for not just the removal but while they're sitting in the garage. But the reinstall is killing the vibe!

It's not strength, its "wingSpan" Im 5'4 can bench 285. With the 2dr they are long and hard to balance while trying to line up, Ive done it but it takes a couple of try's. Now I just get me Kid to come out and balance while I line it up.

Stand on inside side of door rach over and hook those to bottom. One had liff door braced between you and hanger. Had a great amout of control to align the door and one free had to guide. Have not tried with bronco yet. I did put padding on contact points.

Looks like a good idea. I'd add some padding so it won't scratch the paint.
