I'm standing on the inside but I'm vertically challenged :) (5'2") and just don't have the strength. I love the bags for holding it and essentially protecting it for not just the removal but while they're sitting in the garage. But the reinstall is killing the vibe!

Yep, have those and the bags. Love the bags for uninstall, storage, and the attempt at reinstall but really struggling with reinstall - lining up the top and bottom just isn't working. Also just bought windshield washer hose tubing to use instead of the stupid 2 pieces of 4" door edge protector...

Arm strength and wing span. They are too heavy for me to line up and hold. The precision needed for reinstall is nothing like the uninstall.
