I like the DD lights, I have their A pillar ditch lights.I recently installed the same Black Friday sale Diode Dynamics dual fog light kit from 4x4TruckLEDs.com on my 2024 Badlands with stock upfitter switches. I centered mine in the mod bumper openings.
Very quality lights, brackets and harness, easy installation. I highly recommend.
Rather than lay the harness on top of the skid plate, I wire-tied it to the existing cross-frame wire bundle behind the radiator in the engine bay:

I think itās terrific that 4x4TruckLeds furnishes their wiring harness for the double fog lights kit thatās already pre-wired to rock ān roll a future plug ān play third pair of lights. They should point out in their sales literature the nice fact that their harness is upgrade-ready. Will definitely be adding a third pair of lights from 4x4TruckLEDs down the road.
In the meantime dialectic grease and electrical tape will seal off the spare connectors, or these o-ringed sealed Deutsch dust caps can be obtained cheaply from Amazon.
At first I mistakenly thought that the DD SSC2 Sport SAE fog light output was a bit underwhelming, but once I got them properly aligned thereās a lot of bang for the buck illumination! They penetrate fog, falling rain/snow, have a wide enough spread for cornering and lighting up the ditches, and have a sharply discernible cut off so I know Iām not blinding oncoming vehicles. And the amber back-lit running lights function is very cool.
Hereās a picture with the white SAE fogs on and the yellow fogs set to backlight:

Can you post a pic of just the fogs on, no headlights, from the drivers view, and another with the headlights on too, just for reference how much of a difference they make?
