Bronco vs civic

So, a few months ago, my wife was driving home from work in our bronco. The road curves to the left. The car in the lane beside her didn't. Swideswiped the bronco pretty good. The other car's driver tried to claim my wife was "turning left from the middle lane". (nevermind that she drives that road to and from work every day and would never turn there) Fun...

Surprisingly, the bronco took essentially zero dings, but the other car got pretty chewed up on the side from the tires and rock sliders. The other car had big arcs cut down through the primer along all the side panels from the bronco's tires. There were some minor scrapes on the fender flares on ours, but I think they might have been there before.

I guess armor meant for the trail has its advantages on the street too...

As cool as the notion is, there's a lot of cars that would induce a dukes of hazard moment. I know which vehicle is rather be in, but still terrifying.

Glad you're safe. It does seem these crash rather well, all things considered.
