It did with AccuAir Suspension featured in their SEMA 2021 build.

Well thats just great!!! UGH.....

Now I need to rethink my build and get some real world Off Road reveiws on this...

I was waiting on doing my 40" K02s and axles until I get the new (bigger) garage. But, now it can fit in my current garage with 40"s.

Guess that means my Wildtrak will go from a mid runner package to a pro runner package... in looks at least.

Any reviews or links out there, please share or DM me. Thanks(y)

I dig it. I wish I could get it synced to my walk up song for my Wildtrak or my wife’s HEL for when I pull up to Walmart! That would be awesome!

In the SEMA sub forum, you have to navigate back to the archived section from 2021. On page 2 is the thread showing the AccuAir Suspension. I don't know of anyone that has had it installed. The air tanks do have a considerable footprint.

Unless you actually going to do a dance, a 1-2 gallon air tank is sufficient. Think Disco-LR3-LR4-Disco. Half the capacity of a portable air nailer tank

I hadn't taken a deep dive in the system other than what was posted and shown in the videos. Seems like the supplied tank spans the width of the cargo space. 🤷‍♂️

Thank you, I have only seen the 4dr that was use at SEMA in videos so far and many Jeeps with it.

I installed the Borla High Clearance exhaust removing the OEM muffler. The air tank should if in there nicely. I reachedout to Accuair since the Bronco was not on their site.

When I saw this i thought it was Broncbuster showing off his smooth crawling skills. (hoping he was switching to the benz) Then I realized the engineers at Mercedes have been watching way too many BB videos,....and now they actually see his style and lack of skills as noteworthy enough to pre-program the stupidity into a new vehicle.

humor aside, I do kinda like this setup....I'd run a huge 1/2" crossover tube connector between both fronts, (with a switched valve)...then with staybar disconnected, the forced articulation and even weight distribution on the 2 fronts would make a huge difference in attainable traction.

Zee Germans do a lot of great things with engineering, but reverse engineering low rider technology is kind of lost on 'em.... and where are the under lights dammit !!!!!

Mercedes should probably rename it to: look at me, I desperately need attention and your validation, mode

I really think this "car" is more for the "hopping lowrider" crowd that have made it and have with lots of spare cash.

Kind of like a factory-built Rubicon or Bronco SAS, but with a different terrain "target".

Makes me wonder when the "hopping G-Wagon" will be introduced.

What can I say... smart marketing!

This scenario is EXACTLY where these air bags with a crossover tube would work wonders...I've driven this obstacle, and if I could have lowered the front (lowering air pressure) along with the pressure equalizer crosstube between the two fronts, This would have allowed nearly EQUAL preasure and traction on the front tires, and would make the climb far easier!!!

I think I'm gonna try a set out.

additionally when towing, could add preasure to keep from sagging the ass end.
