Glad you were finally able to get one. I’ll be curious to know if you can tell it’s up there when you’re out and about

The RTT made the hardtop QUIETER, since the air goes higher above the roof now.

I forgot to post this picture, but I didn't feel like taking my entire hard top off, so instead I just lifted it up and put it on blocks.

I did it all myself, anyone who can do 100 or so shoulder press can easily do this.

I pressed the top up, held it with one hand, then positioned the blocks.

It wasn't hard.

Very minor, but removed the stupid blue passenger handle and replaced it with the OEM blank. I couldn't stand it being in the way.

First time in the new RTT. It did well even with a heavy rainstorm. I am a little too tall though for the tent.

I have an OVS 270 LTE drivers side awning, but am just waiting on the TrailRax brackets, which should arrive tomorrow.

I've been learning a lot of lessons in the 2 door as far as packing and logistics go. My last three overlanding rigs were much bigger, and two of them were pickups.

Mods/ Accessories that were worthless:

Buckle Up Offroad Key Fob Cover/ Protector.

Severely limits range of key fob. No longer detected in my pocket to start or unlock doors. Because of this, my shift lock engaged and I could not shift out of park. In the middle of the woods. Very concerning.

Desert Does It Seat Jackers:

To each their own... At 6'2" 200 lbs I found these to put painful pressure on my hamstrings. I removed them.

Attempted tinting my Bronco myself. Did a pretty crap job 7/10 but it works.

Did you buy the tint pre-cut? I see that Stickerfab is selling pre-cut tint now. I’m a little un confident of trying to do it myself.

I did!

I did a crappy job of installing it.

But if you take your time, use plenty of install fluid.

My biggest issue was using Stickerfab's fluid. One I didn't have enough half way through install, and two I think J&J Baby Shampoo plus water would have been much easier.

Andddd my drivers door is now hitting my fender. For the past week my door sounded like it needed grease, really creaky.

I went to open the door today and I heard it.

Yeah the dent has been there since new AFAIK.
