Hello everybody.

I've seen it mentioned many times now that if you're in the market for a new Bronco (not just MY25's) then you should be looking for at or close to invoice pricing.

My questions is, for those of you who will be purchasing a 25 model, what is your expectation here? I'm sure some dealers are willing to drop a little bit below MSRP on a brand new 25 but what is the invoice price? I'd love to know how much lower that is. Also why would any dealer drop you to invoice price on a 25?

Just curious of the input from those of you who know a heck of a lot more than I do about this.

I’ll share what my dealer provided.
My sticker was $58200.
Invoice $56300.
X plan $56400.
My price was a couple $k under this invoice.
This was a new 24’ in May of 24’.
No idea if what they shared was legit but it’s what I was told.
I believe they have 2 invoice prices, one for the customer as seen above and a second true invoice that the dealer actually pays.
I think a lot of factors go into why a dealer would lower the price. Area, customers demographics, incentives, inventory, their sales quota, etc.

Interesting, so at least in this example it's not a ton of money, though should be justified with these insane prices for the 25's.

The dealer I'm ordering with has agreed to a $1k discount on a 25 HE and I have no idea if this is good, bad, or what lol.

You should be reaching out to Granger which is doing 4% under invoice.

Granger is the way to go!! Even the doc fee is substantially less.

Yes. That's where I was able to get a 2 door 2023 Bronco OBX with the 2.7 Ecoboost, high package, and tow package for $40k out the door ($11k under MSRP). They were super easy to deal with. Flew out for a few hundred bucks and drove it back to Texas.

If not just looking for information MY2025, I can speak to the 2023 Raptors. Having interacted with several dealers in the Northeast (NY, NJ, MA, PA), there are generally two possible outcomes: 1. They will stand firm on the $6,000.00 incentive Ford offers; 2. Discounting and negotiating for around $20k off MSRP. Anything in excess of that is a great deal. YMMV

My dad (a Ford dealer very long ago) told me something that seems to still hold true: between Ford and the dealer and everyone else that needs to make money on a deal there is about 20% profit in MSRP pricing. So a 50K car sold at 40K nobody makes money. Market conditions will determine what you will pay but use this as a guideline. In a sellers market I might expect to get at best 10% off. I have regularly gotten 15%, including on my 23 Explorer. Once I got a loss leader at 33% off, The exception was my Bronco, I paid MSRP for it in '21, because I and everyone else wanted one and everyone knew it, and I'm still smiling and I suppose the dealer is too.

Wow that's awesome man. As much as I would LOVE to drive that thing back to California, it just wouldn't be feasible unfortunately.

I'm hoping I can have a good chance at getting my local dealer to increase the discount a bit.

That's a great story and makes a lot of sense. There's no doubt I'll be smiling long after I purchase a 25 model even if it's only for $1000 off MSRP. I had reserved and purchased a MY21 base 4 door hardtop with the 2.7 and felt as if it was the same feeling pulling off the lot for the first time every time I drove it. Funny thing is I waited 18 months from reservation to driving it off the dealer lot, and sold it 18 months later lol.

My dealer sells at invoice on orders--no questions asked and no crap with add ons. my breakdown was this
MSRP $58115
Discount $1902
difference between MRSP and invoice
swap of tires--from stock to Cooper STT pro's $1200
Subtotal with Doc fee's, govt fees, and title $57572
Taxes $3164
Jeep cash -$1000
Out the door price $59,736

Here was their breakdown on the pricing

So I talked things over with Jim and I have attached 3 different worksheets showing where we would be at. We obviously want to give you a deal and take care of you but also can’t lose money either. Happy to sell you the Bronco at Invoice which will save you $1,901.64 (plus you get 3 oil changes and 2 tire rotations for free still and there is no longer the 1 year time limit on using those)
That will leave us the holdback which I can’t see yet but looking at similar Bronco’s will be $900-1,000 (minus $200 for the new car pack, $167 for the oil changes/tire rotations, and $38 for the new car check in shop) so if the holdback is $1,000 we would net $595 on the deal.
I made notes on the three sheets. One includes getting the new tires and has the tire take off discount
The next includes the cost of the new tires but I removed the tire take off discount in the event you wanted to sell them yourself for more money.
The last sheet I just left the tires off all together.
If this will work for you I can go back in and print off a cash deal worksheet with your total out the door after $20,000 down. And also do another worksheet with $20,000 down and show you different estimated payment options. Just let me know what you would want to see for term lengths.

You have been a great customer over the years and we 100% want to take care of you on the deal. Just have to make sure the net on the deal shows at least a small profit, for example in this case we would show $595 to the positive. Can always stop by next time you are coming by and we can go over this in person as well.

If you are somewhere at or below invoice, you are in the ballpark, find a few additional incentives and it becomes a great deal. I had a Ford incentive of an additional $2500 when I got the 2023 Bronco because they couldn't build me a WildTrak.

You don't have to fly/drive. I bought my second Bronco from Granger. It was shipped to my driveway 2 days after Docusigning the sales contract.
