Guys, I'm looking into leveling my Stock Black Diamond Sasquatch (2.3L)

After reading a lot I'm down to two options: Broncbuster Perch Collars vs Zone Offroad leveling kit.

But I'm still unsure about which solution is better. I know that installation for the Perch collars will be harder since you have to disassemble but I will not be doing the install by myself.

Among these 2, which one is the better option?

How does the Zone kit level...top hat spacers or perch collars? IMO perch collars would be better than top hat spacers however the coil overs would need to be disassembled to install the collars...top hat spacers don't require disassembly. What is your use case?

I just want the Bronco to sit Level.

I do go Offroad with my Bronco around 6 or 7 times a year but nothing crazy, Service roads, Some light mudding and light Rock crawling.

Gotcha. Trying to understand if the Zone kit is perch collars or top hat spacers...they are two different animals. IMO perch collars are the better choice. If the Zone kit is perch collars I'd go that route.

Zone Offroad kit is a 2 piece kit, a top hat style spacer and another spacer on the bottom of the shock

I understand the Perch collar solution is better but I keep seeing people recommending the Zone Offroad kit.

The Zone kit is inexpensive and relatively easy install...it will be fine so long as you don't go with too much lift...stay 1.5" or less.

Ive had this on my Sasquatch for a few years , and have done some tougher trails, have not had any issues. I believe when you get over 1.5 to 2" spacers you can get into CV axle issues.

Been to PR many times. You have some good wheeling options there! I also know your roads are, well, a bit rough, and there's sometimes no rules! Because of that, I'd go with the zone spacers.

I will say, if I was back in PR, on or offroad, I would love my bronco with the eibach 2.0s I put on it versus the sasq bilsteins. THe ride is much more comfortable and forgiving on bumps and pot holes. You can certainly level with those, if in your budget.

Did you go with this option after all?

I kept undecided for a while and ended buying nothing until last monday that I placed my order for the Broncbuster perch collars.

I'm still waiting for them to be delivered and installed but I'll post an update once that happens.

For what it's worth I'm running both on the front of mine (although Wild Horses 1" perch collar). I actually prefer the perch collar if I had to choose because it' stiffens up the front suspension which normally seems a little squishy in stock form, especially if you add a winch or aftermarket bumper. Also it keeps stock droop to protect your CV's.

I have a Broken Inovations diff drop to help the CV's.

Sweet! I am about to order the Zone or Rough Country to do the 1 inch divided front and back or two kits to do all corners with the extra top rings. I'll check back in and we can compare later. I just do not want to take the strut apart if I can avoid it.

The Sasquatch pkg is sufficient yet I'd like just a little more increased stance and keep the rear rake to pull the M101A2 camp trailer. I already have to hop up a lil bit and rather not have to rock climb in and rappel out as I do in my 86.

Excellent point on stock droop! The other issue I can agree on is the Bilstein shocks on the Sas will be off a bit with collars. Otherwise droop is a factor in this choice.

That is the main reason I ended deciding for the perch collar setup. I got just the 1 inch leveling, do you think I need a Diff drop?
