I told many here on the forum that the 2.7 loves a E30/93 blend... But the haters didn't want to hear it. The thing runs like a scalded dog on E30/93, I can only imagine how good it runs on E85.

The 2.3L is super capable, so I wouldn't count it out. Open up the exhaust and wait for custom tuning and she'll fly.

I'm not sure what's done to this Bronco besides the exhaust, but it puts down some super impressive numbers.

Yeah. I had a FOST and drove a lot of RS. I know there's potential from these little 4s. Partly why I'm trying to avoid adding weight to this thing. I'm thinking the weakest part of this vehicle will be the transmission. I will try a few runs on 4h and see if I can get better numbers. My base only does RWD in sport mode.

Currently tuned, intake, exhaust and running 93. That's why I was so impressed with your numbers. Doesn't seem like I had much gains. But will dyno in a few weeks and see what it really is at because I think the aftermarket will catch up soon. Currently trying to find a tuner that wants to work with me since I want top end HP not low torque haha. Trying to explain I want a desert runner and not a rock crawler.

But good stuff from you, always excited to see updates.

Times above are with the E85 tune fully dialed in. Stock Turbskis can’t do much more. Thinking about doing Downpipes and perhaps charge pipes next.

Seeing 23+ PSI at WOT. She’s surprisingly quick 🔥

I'm running the blend and wow what a difference. Put me down as a "Believer"!

You can expect an E30 blend to take about 2 tenths of a second off your times. Not bad at all.

The 2.7L loves full E85, but the gas mileage is pretty atrocious. Got about 271 miles per tank. This was with basically nothing left.

Out of curiosity, what were you getting for mileage on the 93 tune?
I'm getting like 15 on my 2 door with 37's, I feel like once I go to E85 it'll be like 12 lol

The stock Goodyear Wranglers (315/70/17) that come on the Sasquatch. I'm going to replace the set soon, so I'll probably have some fun with them :)

I'll probably put the same ones back on, since they're really light and soft "35inch" tires.

Really interested to see what the downpipes and 3" Cat-back do for your times. I'm thinking about going the downpipe route as @SupermanBronco posted some amazing results. I know It's mandatory if/when I upgrade the turbos, but I really don't want my Bronco to be super loud.

I hear the SPD downpipes have better cats vs. CVF, but they're also double the cost. I'm leaning towards the CVF - haha

I scheduled a dyno session next Thursday, so we'll see how much this E85 tune puts down with Intake/Exhaust/Intercooler. If I end up doing a downpipe, then I'll go back to the dyno and see what she puts down with an updated tune.

@MWILD, you may have mentioned this, but did you change the injectors - e.g., larger ones?

Cool.
I'm very curious as to what your RWHP & torque will be. Your already cutting 0-60 times within a couple of 10ths as my wife's Caddy CTS-Vsport. it weighs nearly a ton less than the Broncos.

Stock injectors. 2.7L is dual injection, so there’s enough flow for E85 with stock turbos.

There might even be enough for upgraded turbos?
