I've had lot's of problems with the original adhesive not sticking and Fabian acknowledged it was a bad batch. Used the gorilla spray adhesive with marginal success. Haven't tried the DAP yet. Have several pieces that have come off that I just haven't had the time and energy to fix. Otherwise the top has made the cabin much quieter and get compliments about how good looking the slantback is.Anyone having problems with the sound deadening losing adhesion to the removable top panels? This started a couple months ago, where I get in the Bronco and the corners/sides are peeling back. I’ve tried some 3m headliner spray, but not holding up more than 1-2 days and it’s just getting worse. Note that when I went for the install nearly 1 year ago they had the wrong color installed and had to quickly swap them out to the right color. I expect they may not have fully cleaned off the old 3m stickum!
Suggestions welcome on a good adhesive? I’ve read DAP Weldwood Landau Top & Trim HHR Solvent is pretty good…
