Why don't they make it for 2021-2023 4Dr Bronco w/o Sasquatch? They make it for every other Bronco.
Because it's the only setup that they haven't been able to steal all the various specs from an existing setup designed by Ford, (not Ford Performance) Which as far as I know, Ford performance doesn't know how to do.

When the rack is changed with the Procal, I'm guessing it also changes settings in other modules such as ABS and AWD to include steering angles, for sasquatch package vehicles, they can just use the settings Ford developed for the Wildtrak with HOS$ 3.0.

To allow all the other ones, they'd have to program for multiple tire sizes and steering angles for each trim, with differing wheel and tire sizes, M190 front axles, and 2 different transfer cases.

So really, they have to account for a lot of different possibilities to offer ProCal programming for 'All Others'.

When programming with FDRS and a VIN swap, we're skipping all those other settings, and running our original configurations when we swap the VIN back, so we're accepting a liability that Ford performance can't accept as a corporate entity. Honestly I'm not sure how they got the 'all 2 doors' past the corporate legal department.

The truth of the matter for us as final owners however is we've likely all broken those settings anyway, by putting on an aftermarket lift on that changes all the same geometry. It seems unlikely a stock height big bend owner is going to put this upgrade in without putting on a lift and larger tires too merit a need for the heavier rack.

As a result, I just don't think Ford performance see much need for the upgrade for 'All Others'.

If you have an 'all others' just buy a stock 3.0 rack or Ford performance rack based on best availability and price, and plan to use FDRS with an alternate VIN to program it. You aren't really losing anything that matters doing it that way, and your life will be easier getting it in.
