I got some cheap 3bay ones…they are not accurate but I just watch the each screen…easier than getting the 4 way hoses out…

Not cheap but if you want fast and accurate: Monster Valves plus their schrader gage. Now you measure on one valve and deflate on the other. Unbelievably fast and accurate. It's so fast they sound like a RC jet motor.

I had the Boulder Tools kit originally but switched to the Over Sand ones after a few trips. They weren't cheap but I like the reference numbers to quickly adjust tire pressure on the fly. I have the Moreflate system as well but I only use it for airing up.

Seems to vary a bit. My rough estimate after stopping the deflate is about 10 seconds.
