Honestly, the easiest and cheapest option for you is the Alla Lighting LEDs. $25 and 30 minutes and it’s 1000x brighter.
Thanks for the tip!
A review of the Alla backup bulbs mentions that they are ā€œplug and play with a forscan change.ā€
True that forscan might be needed to adapt these to a 2024 Badlands? Thanks.

Your Badlands already has LED. These are only an upgrade for halogen. They might work with yours, but I wouldn’t mess with the OEM LEDs.

There are lots of bulb replacement options for ā€œstandardā€ lights that will brighten things up…Really no need for anything fancy for rear backup/aux lights…I got some cheaper led pod flood lights that have been great for the last couple years…

Black Diamond only came with standard lighting (halogen tails). Signature lighting was never an option for the Black Diamond.

Either upgrade to a set of aftermarket tail lights with a larger reverse light module, or go for the easy solution like aux lights! Seems to be a popular suggestion already which makes sense as they're a great, underrated mod to add!

Any harnesses or rear light kits that if you are in reverse, it turns on the rear aux light along with the reverse light together automatically; and then also functioning as a stand alone rear aux light utilizing the OEM rear light button when activated?

Hey guys,

For those that would tell me to just search the forum... tried that. The search results were... frustrating. As such, I thank you in advance for any help you can provide beyond that ;-)

2023 Black Diamond... don't think I have LED lights but don't know how to check.

I'm looking to improve the rear lighting for when the vehicle is in reverse. I'm hoping this can be as simple as installing some additional bulbs (Halogen into LED?) in the existing lights, but I from my search results I ended up down multiple rabbit holes. It doesn't seem like this should be that difficult of a task, but I can't seem to find a straight answer either.

Once again, any help much appreciated!
I just bought these and replaced the halogen bulb. Have Lasfit in my Superduty reverse and the CHMSL bed lights also and have had no issues with them. Much brighter...

I ordered (straight from @Diode Dynamics ) their Reverse light wiring harness kit and C1R white flush mount lights. DD was great for providing a link, but hadn’t tried it and couldn’t guarantee it would work on a Bronco:
https://www.diodedynamics.com/stage-series-c1r-7-pin-dual-output-trailer-wiring-harness.html

They work perfectly, except they don’t function as turn signals without additional wiring (that I didn’t try).

Nice Bumper! My RC version came with some lights. I wired the included relay into the rear power point so I could get a camp light with a 45 min delay and ran the switch up to the console by the window switches so I can also use for reverse or chase lights (that I have used to advantage in extreme dusty conditions).
