Curious to hear what people think here! If you had to recommend one lighting upgrade to someone new to modifying their Bronco, what would it be? Not necessarily the flashiest option, just the one that made the biggest real-world difference for you. Could be anything: headlights, fogs, ditch lights, rock lights, grille lights, etc.

For those who have done multiple upgrades, which one actually changed the way you drive or use the vehicle the most? Interested to hear what people would pick and why!

There can't be just 1!!

On my 22 BD, back up lights suck, headlights suck, fog lights are a joke. I've done 2 out of 3, which ain't bad as MeatLoaf said.

It's definitely hard to pick just one! Of the 3, which one did you opt to do first?

I prioritized the ditch lights and forward spots. Night driving in the mountains can be sketchy at times. When theres fog it’s twice as bad. I have amber cover for the light bar.
I hated the reverse lights. I upgraded with Oracle reverse bulbs and a additional reverse light bar.

Fog lights are a necessity, but if you already have them, adding some driving lights will make the second-most difference to your daily life.
Whatever pattern and location you choose, make sure you get them from somewhere reputable with a lifetime warranty. Nothing worse than fogged up pods a year in.

I went for aftermarket headlights first, as I wanted that sweet sweet orange DRL.. but having some additional light doesn’t hurt.

I think if you’re ADDING lights, a good pocket fog light kit with 1 or 2 driving lights, and a combo / spot high power 3rd is the best option. Low light visibility is key, and having some extra shine when its mega dark in the boonies helps you spot a deer or a chuck hole down the road.

Off Road?... Ditch lights without question... but turn them 20 degrees out. NOT straight ahead...

Urban?... Puddle lights. The ford puddle lights in the mirrors are blocked by the door when you open it.. Need some up underneath for people to actually benefit.

Chase / backup lights. Man what a difference. Like having headlights when in reverse. Doubt anyone is going to walk behind me in a parking lot at this point…

I don't remember if it was the fogs or tails, which I bought from you. I think the tails were first so I can back into my garage and not bump stuff! Then the fogs from DD to not bump into deer!

Pic just one, my 2 big driving lights bumper mounted. These are not a big name brand, they are nighlite 85 wt. each with a spot-flood combo pattern and they take off where the headlights stop. No light bars for me, had different bars in the past but dumped them for the 2 drivers. I do have pods and fogs but if I could have only 1 set it would be the drivers
