Correct, no 2 doors with a 2.7 for 2026
Probably this boils down to money, but how does offering no 2-door V6 earn Ford more money? Typically auto makers are always making upgrades available to get people to pay more, but not in this case with no engine upgrade offering.

Does the V6 cost so much more to manufacture, install and warranty in a 2-door Bronco, that Ford loses money even when up-charging? Or is it another option ploy to make V6 buyers buy a more expensive 4-door? Or is Ford short on V6 availability, and wanting the V6 for other vehicles? Inquiring minds want know.

My 2 cents, if you look at trend since 2021 has been to reduce variability which translates into complexity in supply chain and production. And probably more warranty. If they can simplify product offerings, they can tighten all other aspects of supply/production/warranty. I have a 22 and frankly was surprised when Bronco first came out that you could order almost every option with few limitations.

I know I am a >1% club member, but this is reason 376 that I will not sell my 22 2DR 2.7 EG with heated cloth seats. Your choice, Ford. Mine, too.🤷‍♂️

Looking to order a 2026 2 Door and it appears there are no 2.7 offerings??
Have you driven the new-for-2025 port-direct injection 2.3L?
I've driven both the manual and auto, and it performs great with the best sound (growl/snarl?) that I've heard in years. More power and enhanced MPG.
(I own both 2024 and 2025 2.3L's)

I thought the specs where identical in HP and Torque between the new and old, is that not the case? It not what's the new HP rating?

There’s no power increase or MPG increase

Until recently, it could also be an EPA cost thing. Although the leash was recently loosened, it takes a minute for that to work it's way through. And, it may be something that requires a new round of crash testing...

I own a 2024 2-door HE and 2024 Everglades, both with 2.3L/auto. They're great.
Then I bought a 2025 4-door HE 2.3L/manual. Then I heard the new sound but it's less noticeable because you're releasing the accelerator pedal to make shifts (interrupting the power flow). Then I drove a 2025 2.3L/auto and, with the engine constantly pulling due to the auto versus a manual, I realized the new sound that is so solid and strong. It sounds superb. You notice it so much more with the auto. Love my 2024s, but boy the new cylinder head configuration sounds great.

I've gotten 24 mpg with the 2025 2.3L, and that was in West Virginia. That beats 22 in my 2024 2.3L's.
Okay well individual results will vary widely, but the EPA rating hasn’t changed.
