    Well now I know how my Bronco arrived with about 70 miles on it. It had a note it was selected for testing. I think that is cool, 3 years later it’s a great vehicle.

    It’s gear oil, has that distinctive smell, pinions are dry, no spots on floor. Transfer case is dry. I will check the levels in these three items.

    I have a 22 Bug Bend with Sasquatch 2.3 automatic, with 24000 miles. Noticed the distinctive smell of gear oil while parked in the garage. Could this be from a vent?? Nothing is leaking. Normal??

    Yes the side glass is removable but I hired a glass company to remove and reinstall after my top was painted. Can not tell they were removed.

    Glad I was a reservation holder with price protection. With 20,000 miles my 22 has been a good purchase with many more years of service. But my 78 is still the favorite.

    Interesting drive train with EV and generator. My Bronco was about 43000 So I can buy lots and lots of gas for 20 grand. This and no two doors means I’m out.

    I like the 2.3 and could not see much difference when I drove both. I would rather have a v8 but with the current offerings the 2.3.
