58, 2dr, no regerts.
There are a ton of 2dr owners on this thread. Where are all of you!? I never see a 2dr when I am out and about, only the more doors, and usually being operated by coffee drinking phone holding soccer moms who don't have a spare hand to wave hello.😅
After a long day, I gotta get this challenge going so I can turn in. It's Friday, and a busy weekend ahead. May the 4th, Cinco de Mayo, and "The Derby".
How can you or will you include your Bronco in one of the above mentioned celebrations?
@DriveAllNight , you just happened to have that picture at the ready?
My wife brings me "guy flowers", which are usually 12 ounce bottles of my favorite fermented malts and hops. Be creative. Have fun. ReKindle an old tradition. Meet the neighbors.
Next Challenge....
Today is May 1st. I may be showing my age, but in my younger years, on May 1st, we would share May Day baskets. Take a pic of your Bronco and loved ones delivering May Day baskets. I bet no one has one of those in their picture file. And in today's climate, what is wrong...
Guilty as mentioned...:(
Give me a bit to think of a challenge. I was not expecting the "pass off". I want one that involves active participation. Scrolling through the picture files, as I have done, was not the original intent of this thread. It has been entertaining, regardless.
Sounds about right. Dad's '71 had the straight 6, and I was afraid to drive it anywhere near the posted 55. It had about a 1/4 turn of steering wheel slop, it wandered everywhere, and rode like a lumber wagon. But man, the memories....🙂
You mean this color?! I am slightly (ok, really) biased, but EG is the best. Wayyy too many Broncos in the 30 shades of gray color palette. I have maybe seen one Iconic Silver, which would be my second choice. It is super sharp with the black accents, and very hard to make it look dirty.
Yup, had to dig one out of the gallery archives. This was early spring 2023, first time the front panels were off. My angel normally rides in her wheelchair in her van, but creative Mom and Dad found a way to safely strap her into the front seat of the Bronco. She loves the "wind in her hair."...
Any issues with the swap? Above comments mentioned possible bracket interference.
I have a line on a BL grille, and just want to verify it will bolt right onto my BB.
Are you enjoying the half top? Installed mine a few weeks back, but weather hasn't allowed much use yet.
Skyrider install, now that winter is over. Wow. Wish I would have done this sooner. The convenience is unmatched, no need to store the front panels, and I really have not noticed significant increase in wind noise, whether top is open or closed. Thanks @Bestop_Team! Install was super easy.
And...
Where has @Bigred86 been hiding.....we need a ruling on this. I would award @ToothlesstheBronco the Bronco wash challenge, since there is active participation, vs a pic of my bubble bath. And if that is accepted, the wading in the water challenge is history, and a new one should be issued...
Not every beach is salt water. Lots of fresh water lakes and rivers that have beaches.
My sister lives at a lake, and they have an awesome sandy, shallow beach, and I am just chomping at the bit, looking for an excuse to drive the Bronco out into the water. There are also boat landings. Lord...
I am fortunate to have a heated wash bay at my disposal (work shop).
I was thinking that we have 24 hours. If you interpret the rules otherwise,....
I would love to see a Bronco "wading" in the water at the beach. Sun, top off, water up to the doors, maybe a cold one as an accessory. (Is this...
