Looks like a running shoe...meh is right.meh...I'm but one opinion, but I don't understand the appeal here...
What a lie, just a lie Ed. Without some of the items above this is just such a blatant lie...said Ed Krenz, Bronco chief program engineer. “This very much can be seen as a step into the Raptor family.”
I think you're missing that this is a value play. This slots below a badlands.Yeah, its too bad. RTR certainly has credibility. I don't personally like most of their parts but they aren't bad. Driver/founder wise they have massive credibility. This could have been a great collab but Ford probably gave them a REALLY "short leash". What do I think would have been a good setup:
Sasquatch Package Included
Ford Performance Tune (or heck call it the RTR Tune with Anti-lag feature)
35's with RTR wheels and aggressive tires
F&R Lockers
Color Matched seat belts (match a color from their graphics)
Fox Shocks (HOSS 3.0)
Full skid kit

Maybe this above isn't differentiated enough from the long gone Wildtrak or a current model + Sasquatch. I'm totally not in the know about what all of the builds do/don't have outside of the Raptor...
Maybe, maybe not. I haven’t seen any official price point from Ford, maybe I missed it, but I have seen a W I D E pricing estimate. From $51K to $65K so it might not be a value at all, hopefully it will be, but until some sort of official pricing is announced I will remain skeptical.I think you're missing that this is a value play. This slots below a badlands.
I'll stick to my guess that it will be slotted between the Badlands Sasquatch HOSS 3.0 shocks and the Stroppe. Ford has never offered the Fox shocks below the Badlands optional pricing.the 52k number will be the entry, non SAS version. I don't think without SAS, this is going to feel like much of a desert runner. It's really gonna want those Foxes. So, you're probably looking at 58-60 for that SAS version.
52 with rear locker and skids though, might be viable. the two trims return the foundational bones of the BD and Wildtrak trims I guess.
One could probably say “between WT and BD as Wildtrak came standard with Sasquatch package. It does make sense to offer it without all the good stuff and simply as an aesthetics package for those that are in to that kind of look.52 with rear locker and skids though, might be viable. the two trims return the foundational bones of the BD and Wildtrak trims I guess.
I don’t know man, this seems to be anything but exclusivity. It’s literally slapping their stuff together and offering it as a package to the masses.RTR has never been associated with an "everyman" rig. They need to protect their identity and maintain exclusivity.
These will end up having a very low take rate as the value just won't be there. And the few that do, will look pretty on Saturdays at the Cars & Coffee.
You can get some of those wheels, and maybe then your LT rig will finally be considered a build!“Look pretty” is subjective. Would be hilarious to see a bunch all lined up next to each other, with each owner talking about how their build reflects their individual personality and ruggedness
They went out of their way to say that they were trying to put people in foxes for less than a fully kitted out badlands. Can't do that if it's priced over a Badlands.I'll stick to my guess that it will be slotted between the Badlands Sasquatch HOSS 3.0 shocks and the Stroppe. Ford has never offered the Fox shocks below the Badlands optional pricing.

I’ve already got my accent color picked. It’s really gonna stand out and show everyone my vibrant personality. You can get some of those wheels, and maybe then your LT rig will finally be considered a build!
