I love a good map!!! I'm right there with ya' brother!!!!! I grew up before Google so yeah, I'm old as dirt as well. Back when the wife and I were dating, I would take her to see the sights on forestry roads. After a few miles and some turns we would come up on an intersection and she would say, " You're lost!!" I looked out the window at the sky and would say " Nope. According to the sun home is to the left, right takes us back the way we came, and straight ahead is our destination". A few miles later we would arrive and she would say "How the Fuck did you know that??" "Easy. the sun always rises in the East and sets in the West. Figure out where the sun is and it's the best thing you can use next to a compass."
