almost like ford planned the swap (well halfway) the OEM F-150 V8 mount is a direct bolt in on the passenger side of the Bronco. This makes the other side easy to line up and fabricate and also the transmission mount simpler.

likely need to modify the steering U-joints slightly. No big deal. the rest seems bolt-on, plug-in, program, and play!

Amazing work!

Are the u-joints hitting just the heatshield or the exhaust itself? Is this a clearancing or a reworking the angle type scenario?

heat shield, but I can move things around a tad and clearance the heat shroud too, but probably will cut and reweld the steering parts ( one piece needs to be shorter and the other piece needs to be longer) for clearance.

Kind of makes you wonder if the pieces off an F150 would be sized differently enough to clear a V8... Maybe slightly longer and could just be cut. You know what you are doing though, I am just thinking out loud.

The F-150 steering rack is completely different and the steering input/output shafts are in a different location as well

NOPE, I'm going to stick with the OEM cast iron manifolds and I had them already honed out considerably to match the bigger downpipes...SPD for the win!
