Price depends on if you buy "all new" parts, or get some of the parts from dismantled donor rigs. You can save several thousand sourcing lighty used parts
I was able to find the engine with less than 5000 miles for $15,500. They are $30,000 new
The trannys are around $6500 new w/converter. (I found one used for $4000 with 3,900 miles)
TRANS/TRANNY adapter $1200
Approximately $6000 for other ford oem parts ( alternator, a/c compressor, intercooler, I/C pump, hoses, mounts, belts , wire , electrical plugs, ect...)
EXHAUST...$3000-6000 Depending on parts.
Drive shafts $1500
LABOR $15,000 -$20,000
TOTAL is CLOSE TO 50k for used ....Closer to 70K for all BRAND NEW parts and upgrades like HD radiator, oil cooler, tranny cooler, and other top quality upgrades.
This is not a cheap upgrade, but when you consider the price of a new raptor R plus the dealer markups,( $125k) it starts to seem more reasonable when you compare.
