Updated again. Finding a lot of overlap in those different regional lists. Starting to see a lot of consecutive numbers.

what do we know so far:

Appears SEs have unique coding in the VIN, in this case SLA20XXX.
Havent seen a single SE without that sequence.
Havent seen any other trim model with that sequence.
Spoke to my dealer, not accepting orders for these anymore.
Assume the first was 001?
Highest so far is 907, but some seem to still be in the pipeline.

Understanding the production capacity, the production will be done in batches. The Atlas Blue HT is unique to the SE. It will require a dedicated robot to spray a batch. Then that booth will need to be purged and prepped for a normal/typical color available on Ranger/Bronco.

If you are seeing SE still in the production pipeline, it is because the demand exceeded the initial batch production batch.

UPDATED LINK AS THE ORIGINAL DISTANCE WAS A LITTLE TOO CLOSE TO DALLAS: Here's a final data dump of 27 10 VINs for a 500 mile radius around a town in Montana that is a little over 1,000 miles away from both Dallas and San Francisco, so theoretically there should not be any overlaps from the last two searches.

That said, you indicated you've already found overlapping VINs in the previous searches so who knows (they should not have overlapped as Dallas, SF and Warrenton, VA are all at least 1,000 miles apart).

SLA2XXXX should be dedicated to the Stroppe.
With the Heritage and Heritage Limited they also had dedicated numbers.
HLE 2dr: PLA6xxxx
HLE 4dr: PLA7xxxx
HE 2dr: PLA2xxxx
HE 4dr: PLA4xxxx
Luckily the Stroppe isn't having the issues the 23 2 door Heritage was having with the tops.
They didn't even get 300 built in 23, people with assigned VINs were having their order cancelled.
Looks like they are pumping them out!

A lot of people change their mind about them after seeing one in person.
Side bar: At least one SE comes off the registry. Saw a roll-back go by yesterday with a completely totaled SE. Wish I knew how to find out where the Insurance company will auction off the carcass.

I finally found a copy of that picture I mentioned. These are Stoppes off of the production line and being transported somewhere for the additional paint work. Interestingly, these must be very early, like lower than s/n 045, and they have window stickers already affixed

. The tailgates on these are painted white as if they were originally were going to paint the tailgates correctly. All the production ones that I have seen are painted black.

Im trying to determine approximately how many of these were made. Articles on line have indicated 650. But is that to be believed?

Time on the couch nursing my immobility fed the fever. My original pursuit was a '24 Heritage 2 door but the suspensions recall prevented dealers from locking in my trade value and other details.]​

I know everything on the internet is fact ;-) but I recall hearing someone state that there were to be 1966 made - alas that seems to be the same as the 2DR Heritage [edit] Limited in '24 so maybe merged trivia.

Currently the parts catalog shows SLA20003 as the first, 000 to oo2 are 95 f150s.
SLA20898 AND 899 show VIN s but not built yet,915 seems to be the highest so far.
