Got my ARB Brushless Twin (CKBLTA) in to complete my order from 4x4TruckLeds. Bracket install was very easy. Wiring was a little trickier and I haven't been able to find anyone that posted a video guide online for this updated version on the Bronco using the upfitter switches.

I was under the impression based on the instructions (you have to download them from ARB, they don't supply them in the box) that you don't need the pressure switch. I had only installed the quick connect. Electrical wiring is currently as follows:

Coming off the wire harness that has the two thick waterproof Molex connectors:
1. Two power wires (red) to the supplied fuse block
2. Fuse block to the battery positive.
3. Two ground wires to two grounding points near the mounted compressor.
4. The red wire coming off of the already wrapped bundle to upfitter 1 (yellow wire)

Upon reconnecting the battery compressor made a do-do-DO which I took as a three-beep which means a mechanical fault/failure to start-up, not a power issue. If this is caused by the pressure switch not being installed, and I correct that using second smaller harness and connect that to the main harness using the provided Molex connectors, what happens to the dark blue wire indicated by the wiring guide in the instructions?

If anyone has done a twin brushless sucessfully, can you show what wires/Molex connection you made?

There should an instruction booklet for the air compressor in the box, under the compressor.

It's pretty easy though. Not as easy as on the TWIN, where everything was done BUT screwing one extra thing in is nothing.

Screw the pressure switch in. Either port is fine but I recommend the bottom one.
On the harness, plug in the two leads to the pressure switch (only 2 leads can plug into it and the leads can plug into either side of the pressure switch, it's just making and breaking voltage).

Connect the power harness to the included fuse block and then to the battery. Ground wires can go to body chasis or (what we always do) the negative terminal.

On the harness are 4 smaller gauge wires. One of those is a red wire. that red wire goes to your upfitter (any upfitter).

That's pretty much it.

You have to install the pressure switch. That's your issue

I noticed all your pictures of compressors on brackets have the wiring hanging out over the engine. Why do it like that ?

because when you angle the chuck it’s towards the front instead of towards the rear

I dunno WHAT that guy is trying to do but NO. Never connect an air compressor to your fuse panel.

All you have to do is attach the red wire (from the 4 wire bundle) to ANY upfitter. It's a trigger wire. Once that gets power, the compressor turns on.

Brushless compressors wire COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then the non-brushless.

On the normal Twin, the trigger wire is the PURPLE wire (from the 3 wire bundle, which also has a 3 pin connector as well). Give that 12V DC and it turns the compressor on.

On the Twin BRUSHLESS, the trigger wire is the RED wire (from the 4 wire bundle). Give that 12V DC and it turns the compressor on.

I attached the wiring diagram from the instructions. I'm referring to the RED-YEL and the BLU-WHT wires. Thanks in advance.

The red wire... that's all you care about no matter what.

That small red wire (from the 4 wire bundle) needs power. That can be from an upfitter switch OR from an actual switch. You'll be MAKING and BREAKING power with the switch.

You need to bring 12VDC (and fuse it please at the battery) to the switch so that it comes into the switch. Then that red wire goes into the switch also. Optionally you can also bring in a ground so that the switch lights up.
