"go get your shine box"According to these very specific instructions from Ford included on nearly every Bronco coming from the Factory, washing is recommended:

So go get your QR box, a very small bucket of bubbles and an oven mitt and go to town.
We can do it in acrylic though! Got the laser fired up.Someone needs to make a replacement fender badge...

He said noob bronco owner. Not forum noob. Why the pretending?
To be a "noob" that is. You posted 130 messages here (I didn't check them, but the number of them does not imply "noob"). You also received 373 "reactions" to your messages, so.....no "noob"...assuming most reactions were "likes", which means you had something intelligent to say.
And the difference is? If one spends that much time on this board, one is not a "noob" whether he owns a Bronc or not.He said noob bronco owner. Not forum noob.![]()
Jokes on you my reaction score is 1,692 and I've never said anything intelligentYou also received 373 "reactions" to your messages, so.....no "noob"...assuming most reactions were "likes", which means you had something intelligent to say.
Holy batman. I've seen the pictorial before, but have never seen the accompanying explanation (it's only for a 2 door) thank you Mayhem, nor have I seen such inquisitiveness based on a simple pictorial before. Thank you to all three of you for the snort of water that came out of my nose. But WHY is he pushing down so hard on the back there? Look at the suspension squat!
Is the extremely small bucket full of the rare heavy bubbles?
Is that an oven mitt or perhaps a very dense turtle of some sort or a rounded loaf of neutron star??
And is the flappy "I" (sorry, i )creature in the corner like the Flyin' Sketti monster, but prefers lowercase as to not draw too much attention to itself?
I have more questions than answers at this point.
Remember you are under oath (probably).Holy batman. Now, I need to ask Grok if (1) heavy bubbles come from deuterium decay and (1a)how to ensure I never get them in my bucket, (2) how dense a small turtle can weigh, (3) where I can get a rounded loaf of neutron star and (3a) can it be sliced without risk to life, limb or Bronco.
I'd also like to point out that even Grok will likely tell me that the bubbles cannot be heavy since they appear to be floating, but all of this talk about destiny (or density) and neutron stars is taking me to other parallel (or perhaps perpendicular) universes.
Last thought: Is the person wearing the dense turtle or neutron loaf facing us or facing away? It makes a difference to me as a lefty because it will take me a looooooong time to wash my Bronco with my non dominant arm, especially given its heft.
Live long and prosper, y'all.
I joined the board many moons before I could take delivery of the new vehicle, and while I’ve been able to ingest an incredible amount of knowledge from the gurus here, I was left—now that I actually own a new Bronco—with those embarrassingly dumb questions. What can I say? I’m trying to check off my known unknowns! And the difference is? If one spends that much time on this board, one is not a "noob" whether he owns a Bronc or not.
Ha, roger that!I keep a protective layer of dirt on my Bronco at all times.
