How to run wire from back bumper to front engine bay

I am installing reverse pod lights on my back bumper soon. Where do I run the wiring from back to front? Is there any channel under the bronco for this or another place to tuck everything? Thanks

Just follow the driver's side frame rail. There is a wire loom from the factory already there. Zip tie as you go and poke up behind the driver's wheel-well liner to the AUX wire bundle.

You can also pull the interior passenger cargo trim and access the pre-run AUX wire there.

If you don’t use the pre-run aux wire in the passenger cargo area, may I suggest that you actually run 2 wires so you want have to do it again when you need power back there for something else…

If you are just doing lights, run this along the frame rail

Definitely a good idea. I left the unused AUX wire in the passenger cargo area as a "just in case". When I ran my AUX rear lights, the harness included 2 circuits as a bonus. Of course, having the additional wires will lead to adding more accessories. I used BMC Slim Bar Rigid Halo Lights and the optional harness is worth it alone though they don't sell it separately.

It’s hard to find - I would suggest identifying it in the wire bundle that runs along the door threshold and follow it into the area behind the passenger side panel. Also keep in mind and reference the picture posted by @Noremac that this wire is not energized - it needs to be connected to one of the other pre run wires under the glove box and then to the Aux switch for you to actually have power.

Yes and No

Yes there is a wire but NO it's not pre-wired.

Behind the passenger side seat behind the wall panel is a "pass through" wire. This wire terminates (well it's not terminated it's just left there) behind the passenger kick panel in the front seat area, near the fuse box. There are a few wires taped up called "Pass Through" wires. They just left a wire for you to use. You can then terminate it onto ANOTHER pass-through wire which goes to the engine bay and is left against the driver side firewall.

It's honestly not worth the time i've found unless you have something internal to power. It's easier honestly to route a reverse harness under the truck then to try and bring it INSIDE and terminate all those pass-through wires. They can be a pain to work with inside.

FWIW, I tapped into the rear 12v outlet wiring for my back lights, then ran my switch forward. I can switch it on for reverse, or a chase light in severe dust or use it as a camp light. The power to the outlet is key on, but has a 45 min or so delay so it can be used to set up campo etc. without danger of accidentally leaving it on a draining the battery.
