Hey everyone, I’m finally able to start looking for a 2-door Heritage( extended illness put it on hold). Anyway, in my search I contacted a dealer who had one in transit but someone had a deposit on it already. He then told me that Ford was discontinuing the heritage for 2025 and was no longer taking orders. Any truth to this? I’m in GA and the closest available one I can find is in South Florida.
Road trip! Start packing your bags for Florida, Buddy!

He must have been thinking about the Limited. I'll be trading my current vehicle so flying to Florida isn't an option. I could drive there and spend a few days. The Heritage 2-door is really the only trim I want, specifically in Race Red.
2 door Heritage have been taking retail orders if the dealer has an allocation. My May order is scheduled to be built next week🤞🏻.
Don’t know about 2025. Good luck.

You won't remember. But this is a test for the OG B6G members. This dealer is the one that the B6G member thought he was getting an opportunity to drive a Bronco before the Bronco was released for production. Dealer swore that it was the full-size Bronco. Guy drove down eager to be one of the first to drive a Bronco only to have a Bronco Sport waiting for him. Someone from B6G who was around during the pre-production days will remember and maybe link to that thread. It is B6G gold.
One of the best weekends on B6G! He was a good “sport” about it as well!

I can believe it... dealership employees just want to get you into the door.

FYI I checked your thread - https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...co-test-drive-will-come-a-little-later.10584/

That's Lakeland Ford (Torre still works there - https://www.lakelandford.com/staff.aspx)

Bill Jarret Ford is in Avon Park near Sebring and the ONLY reason anybody would go there would be to visit the Sebring raceway lol. Lakeland Ford is 51.4 miles away.

What’s the difference between them?
Standard Heritage is based off of the Big Bend with mid and with Sasquatch. The Limited is based off of a Badlands with Lux and Sasquatch.

Both have rectangular fenders, mod tops with removable windows and special graphics and wheels.

The off-and-on ability of dealers to be able to order Bronco Heritage Edition units this year makes no sense.
We know that Ford cut F-150 Lightning production in Dearborn, and reallocated many of those employees to Wayne Bronco production to support the creation of a new third shift last April.
With Wayne running 3 shifts, and the supply chain challenges moderated, Ford has the ability to produce significant number of Broncos. I myself would be taking those customer's orders.

You know your wife but the Bronco manual is pretty forgiving. If you stall it, push the clutch back in and it'll restart; the clutch pedal is light and if you slowly inch it out it'll go on its own albeit slowly. It has hill holder which applies the brakes on a hill so it doesn't roll back when you clutch out for I think 3 seconds.

I've taught my wife and daughters how to drive a stick back in the day and my son recently since I bought him a manual as his first car. My daughter's didn't really catch on but my wife drove manuals for years afterwards.
I’d love to have the manual.
checking on it in the morning.
Race Red 2 door Heritage Edition is the right choice. 😁

I’ve seen enough limited editions around to think they built more than 1966. I don’t buy it. Not common, but seen often enough to raise doubt.
