No, no. The glass needs to tuck up under the top of the door seals (frameless windows). Pretty well all cars with such have a nudge down feature on unlock and door open. It prevents undue stress and (very annoying) vibration of the window moving past the seal that blocks its path. It was a common complaint that the Bronco did not have the nudge feature for a very long time (year/years?).I'm confused. Are you guys saying your windows drop an inch or two every time just by hitting the unlock button? Different from the click unlock and HOLD while all the windows go down?
So Ford got it into new Broncos and then rolled out the feature to existing Broncos.
Now, apparently, they have botched the nudge feature so badly it must be removed for all.
