Can you order the roll bar brackets from someone other than Ford? Ford has them back ordered.
Thanks, Tim
Doubtful. It seems that all spare parts associated with the swap are in short supply. 2 years ago when we started doing the swaps, parts were next day shipped. Now, I really wish people knew that they need to get these parts from the donor Bronco.

No idea what the hell that is but there's a national stop sale and nearly 160 on back order. For that price I'd almost have to believe it includes the trim panels but wouldn't rule out their pricing is way off.

Are these brackets only for a soft top? I am selling my top and want to be sure I give everything I need to, but not more :)

Correct. Why they didn't put them on hard top vehicles to allow swap to OE soft top is beyond me.

If yours is a factory dual top Bronco, there is nothing extra that you need, except a buddy to help lift and install the soft top. I think the dual tops only come with the plastic trim pieces for the hard top. As several have said, it doesn't affect anything to have those pieces off. I sourced my soft op trim from the parts counter because I wanted the clean factory look. Cut yours, don't use them, or buy new- it's up to you.
I finally did my swap today. Little tough getting the soft top on but once I figured out where it went on that bracket it was fine before installing the 3 bolts each side. Little disappointing my roll bar bracket has a bunch of wear marks on the finish. Not sure how. I only opened and closed it once to make sure it lined up. I didn’t pay close attention before doing it, but I don’t see what could have rubbed on it when the hard top was on. Can’t see it unless I stand on the tube step or door and look down on it. Just kind of disappointed it came like that.
Haven’t attempted the windows yet and just have it folded back. What are the Velcro straps for exactly. I had 2 separate Velcro straps in my kit.

Those straps can be used when the soft top is all the way open and back to help keep it from flopping or opening. They go around the sides.

Wait, this is for the latches. Are any other parts on back order or is everything else on the parts list available?

I’m in talks to buy a one softop on the original pallet for my raptor but the seller has never taken their top off and is hesitant.

Are the bolts that attach these roll bar brackets the same size/length that secure the hard top to the body? I have extras from the latter as I replaced them with Rockworx fasteners.

Yup. Does not appear any back orders in the system currently on the right side (second snip), left is the same. My suggestion for anyone wanting these is to place an order so you are in line for the incoming batch before dealers (like us) place stock orders so we can keep a few in inventory for e-commerce or repair shop sales.

Hoping someone can clear up something for me. In the picture above, the bolts for the roll bar brackets are black and look similar to the bolts for the hard top roll bar brackets (right side of the image I referred to in my earlier post). But when I look at the part number (W707288-S442) that was listed in one of the earlier posts, the bolts look totally different (see below picture). They’re a dull grayish color and look more like the bolts for the quarter panel brackets.

The poster made a mistake. I purchased W707 based on that chart thinking I’d get the black bronco bolts and unfortunately learned the hard way when I got what you pictured below. W707 are used in the trunk area and are provided with the soft top “pallet” when purchased from the factory. They probably didn’t realize this if they needed ALL the hardware.

Yeah, I received the same grey bolts in the mail. Do you know which part number is right for the roll bar bracket bolts? Do the bolts that secure the hardtop to the body work?

You want W721070-S450B. Got mine from Flip at Ruxer.

Does anyone know if we are purchsing the C pillar panels to lock int he soft top windows, if the 3 bolts per side panel are already on the Bronco with the hard top or if they need to be ordered as well? If they need to be ordered, does anyone know the part number for the bolts?

To be extra clear I'm talking about the 6 bolts that go with M2DZ-78255A35-BA & M2DZ-78255A34-BA.

I have a 24 Outer Banks 4 door with a hardtop. Just snagged a factory soft top off of marketplace. It's still on the pallet. Is the list of parts on one of these threads every thing I need to order to make it work?
