I just noticed mine doing this today. Exact same area. Small vertical crack out of nowhere. Unbelievable. Less than a year old. Just over 9k miles. I’m due for an oil change soon and will bring it up when I go in.

I finally did my swap today. Little tough getting the soft top on but once I figured out where it went on that bracket it was fine before installing the 3 bolts each side. Little disappointing my roll bar bracket has a bunch of wear marks on the finish. Not sure how. I only opened and closed it...

On looking closer at mine the latches don’t really look like the picture and stamped into the plastic at the top it says “soft top ready”. As far as the trim panels below the window I can’t tell. I see the picture in the first post showing relief cuts, but it’s easy to see the cut side by side...
