I have it narrowed down to the Borla S or the AWE dual tip. Your getting a lot more stuff like pipes with the AWE. What about the performance claims ? The sound seems fairly similar in the videos. Please weigh in.

I don't think even the stock exhaust is limiting performance in anyway. These days these aftermarket exhausts are for sound only. I'd just go with whatever sound you like and has a better price.

We just put a borla S exhaust on a customers wildtrack. It sounds great. Not too loud and not too quiets. He also got the Ford performance tune. My butt dyno tells me his is faster then mine with same setup but no exhaust upgrade.

Like the way the borla tips are more tucked up.

Hmmm not sure on this one. I run a Magnaflow system, dual exhaust tips, and its tucked up nicely. Sounds good, no drone.

I have not seen either system, but I do know AWE has a crapton of stuff to go with their systems.

I have the AWE and it sounds great, performance wise I cant say because I am waiting to get cam phasers fixed. The AWE install was great, took 30 min including removing the Stock system.

Awe for me. Modular, quality welds and materials and it’s tucked up where I don’t have to worry about hitting it. Icing on the cake is it sounds wonderful and no drone after having it for almost 20k miles

I've been considering the Borla too.... wondering if the 'S-type' system is just the Touring without the 2nd resonator in the rear. Suppose I should give Borla a call and ask them.
It would be a nice feature if one could just add/remove the 2nd unit to change the sound.

Hate to muddy the waters, but this might help others:

Watching any video from OFF THE GRIND was all I needed to make my exhaust choice. Nothing sounds or functions better than the Corsa Performance Sport with turn-down IMO. The start-up sound is 🍆 , and the turn-down pipe provides excellent clearance off-road.

I assume you are referring to the Climber version? If so, the difference is the actual muffler. The second rearward muffler is a separate add on item. Check out the system instructions and you can see the different part numbers for the included muffler.

I have the Corsa Dual after watching a few of his videos. I really wanted the Borla but the price was just too extreme for the axle back. I have zero regrets getting the Corsa cat-back. Sounds amazing and the price is right.

I have the AWE, I don’t like it. Drones, mig welds instead of tig at this price point is ridiculous, 90° collector is not optimal. I wouldn’t buy it again.
