I don't know if this helps, but I found this. https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/lane-keeping-system-retrofit-install-using-forscan-on-all-trims-without-copilot-360.9291/
  2. Tons of noise in cold weather

  3. Big power gains for 2.7L from Superchips Pulsar XT tuning

I purchased this and I do like it, can you share what is different about each map? I cant find any information online.
  4. Eliminating cam phaser rattle after cold start

What am I looking at? I am not sure if the 3.0 has a chain or belt for the oil pump. I know for a fact that the 2.7 does have a belt that sets in oil. on the 1.5 EcoBoost the teeth on the belt separate and eventually clog the oil pickup screen at around 100k miles.
  5. Eliminating cam phaser rattle after cold start

The 2.7 has a belt driven oil pump (sits in oil sump), I would not use any additives. I would be worried about degrading that belt because it happens on other eco boost engines. I also have bad cam phasers and am scheduled for engine removal.
  6. Borla exhaust or AWE ?

I have the AWE and it sounds great, performance wise I cant say because I am waiting to get cam phasers fixed. The AWE install was great, took 30 min including removing the Stock system.
  7. 2.7 Ecoboost oil pump belt or chain?

I was watching a video of a 100k mile tear down and the belt was already cracking, so I would say 100k.
  8. Cold Start Valve Chatter

In the mean time I have started to prime the oil pump before cold starts by holding the gas and brake and pushing the start button to let the oil pressure build up while it cranks for 15 seconds. It seems to help, but a little chatter is still there.
  9. Cold Start Valve Chatter

Dealer doesn't have a loaner until December and Parts are back ordered. This is unacceptable for a nearly 70k car at 2k mikes. Ford Bot I want to speak to your owner!!!!!
  10. F___ ford

Mine just died with less than 2k miles, why would you not be happy with an repaired engine and trade it in?
  11. Cold Start Valve Chatter

It sounds bad in person, like piston hitting valves bad.
  12. Bent Winch Mounts?

I bought the Buckle up mount and ACC and everything works well. I don't have the reinforcement for the frame installed but probably should. https://buckleupoffroad.com/products/buckle-up-off-road-winch-mount-with-bull-bar-for-2021-ford-bronco-w-modular-bumper
  13. Any way to auto turn on front camera if the front sensors sense an object?

Found this on a F150 Raptor fourm. With the OTA updates, some of the data gets restructured so some of the values can be in different spots depending on what software version your IPMA is on. with that being said, If you have a issue where the camera isnt kicking on and you have 706-12-01...
  14. How to DIY install an ARB Compressor in a Ford Bronco (+GIVEAWAY!)

Very cool, my wife would kill me though.
  15. HOSS 3.0 Lift options?

Some feedback on the 2 in Rough country kit, It was smooth as glass running close to 70 MPH on rough sand. I was trying to go faster but seemed like I was limited. That being said its a short wheelbase and kinda sketchy.
  16. Winch that fits modular bumper without an issue?

It has my thumbs up (except the instructions). Frame reinforcement is done with this https://td-distributing.myshopify.com/products/tricky-motorsports-21-23-bronco-frame-horn-reinforcement-kit
  17. Buckle up Buttercup winch mount.

The mount is about as heavy as the winch so its probaly close to 120lbs. I would guess about an inch. With Hoss 3.0 it rides really smooth now lol.
  18. Buckle up winch mount

So an honest review so far is that it is very heavily built with good welds, install instructions could use a little work but if you have decent knowledge of wrenching you will be fine. The finish is painted, but would probably last a couple of years, with the exception of the painted zinc...
