Nice work, one of the best yet. Good Great idea tying into the intercooler/tow hook mount. Really could use that hawse fairlead/synthetic.

I plan to but I can't keep buying things this month. Really need to get pod lights first as my light bar no longer fits.

I dig that bumper. Very tight to the body.

I have this that I am looking to sell pretty cheap if you're interested.

It's sad that no one offers just a flat 3/16 steel option for us 4 cylinder broncos.

Bought some cheap NiLight cube lights off amazon for $20 a set. Quality is pretty good for the money and brightness is right in line with the price. They are brighter than factory high beams and flood pattern. These are not nearly as bright as my 40" rough country light bar that no longer fits but a nicer option for wheeling with others.

Back to messing with the suspension again. Did a few quick measurements, some pictures and updated my excel sheet. Goals are a little more preload on the rear to help with handling and level her back out. I am looking at staying in the 3-4" lift zone to keep my belly from dragging(and so I can fit my big ass under the bronco while wrenching).

Looking at Moving the Front to 7 and the rear to 3 again.

First headache of the day was a frame mounted nut mounting a skid breaking loose and it taking me close to an hour to get the bolt out.

Small hiccup, missing some spring perch slots so I made a 1/2" HDPE to get that extra 1" of lift.

Yes first diff oil change, I will change it again in another 3-4k miles at the next service just to see if I am still getting metal.

I'd say that's pretty average for new gear sets to be honest, nothing to be concerned about. When I put new gears in my Tacoma I dealt with similar shavings after break in. (y)

I didn't get a picture of all the metal on the plug it was 3-4 times as much. Got a nice slug of crap straight out the bottom of the differential. I am not to worried, I just know that 37s + M190 = Bad Idea long term.

Do you know what the exact differences are between m190 and m210? Not basic marketing stuff. Are there any good engineering specs available?
