@Bradley Thornton I appreciate the fact that the JKS Max Clearance system is out there, but I'm CHEAP. Can a person simply cut off the rear bracket and cut down on the front bracket to still leave the important part of the factory body mount there??
Thats what I did at 1st. Worked fine, the jks kit looks cleaner, but you can make alot of room w/a Sawzall. Theres 2 plastic things that look like milk crates in the rear of the wheelhouse, remove those too (they bolt on), then zip tie your wheelhouse back as far as you can. Little more hillbilly, but works!

I’ll add that I added a 1.5” body lift for my 37s which allows u to not have to touch the suspension if already running Sasquatch , and the JKS max tire kit is worth its weight in gold

So my buddy just picked up a 23 Wildtrak 2dr and want to go the 37” route since I have some KO2’s laying around. I am thinking of installing the Hoss 3.0 perch collar springs.

Either gonna go with 1.5” front/1” rear or 2/1.5. Which one would be better? At what point do we need new UCA’s?

Looking for ZERO rubbing wheels would be 17x8.5 +0 or…
17x8.5 +25 or…
17x9 +0 or…
17x9 +18

Which one of these would give me the best outcome? Appreciate all the help. Seems with my desired offsets I can’t get away with just leveling.

I'm a less is better when it comes to lift I did 1 3/8s front and 1in rear see thread for more info.

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...badlands-2in-lift-build-thread-round-2.48983/

Now Offset I gave you all the info on what fit and best using stock Sasquatch wheels, with 1/4in spacer, 1in spacer

Use that as one side of the fitment/Your set up and then try your option in the new set up in this link. Then decided what fits your needs best.

https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.p...ct2=80&wheel_size=17&wheel_width=8&offset2=55

This is my 37s build between all this info you could reinvent the wheel ;)

Great post. Another data point: I just fit 37x14.5x17 Swampers on Sasquatch wheels and no spacers. Tons of room.

How much lift are you running with this set up. I’m trying to run 37x13.5R17 on the stock SAS wheels without wheel spacers. Wondering if I can achieve this with Eibach 2.0 system?

JKS max Tire Clearance and maybe a zip-tie will do that

I threw a 37/12.5/17 KO3 on 22 Wildtrack… rubbed big time front and back. Is that bc of true size of the KO3 you think?
If I want that tire (because I want the raised white lettering), am I stuck getting a lift? Was trying to avoid the 2k plus investment.
Thx for any input!

Body lift or strut spacers, jks and you’re good to go. Much less than coilovers.

I have a 2 Dr Badlands Self Squatch. Added Sasquatch suspension with Methods and 35s as well as the 4WP big tire crash bars When I got it 3 years ago. My 35s are starting to wear and was thinking of going 37s.

Was thinking 1” spacers but not sure what else I would need for lift. I think the 4WD big trire kit might have to be switched for the JKS Max. Eventually would want to swap out the SAS suspension possibly for Eibach but don’t think they lift more than the SAS. Any thoughts on a set up? This is what I have:
  • 17x8.5 +25 Method 305 NV
  • 315/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers
  • SAS suspension
  • 4WP big tire kit

Read my build and it will show you how to do 37s with no rub at almost no cost if using stock sas wheels.
